The Process
Booking
Easily book your appointment online or by reaching out through the contact form. I will follow up to confirm the location and details of the shoot.
Preparation
After booking I will send resources to ensure the home is prepped to its potential before the appointment. And answer any questions you or your clients have about the process.
Photographing
On the day of the shoot, I will methodically work through each room to ensure the best angles of each space are captured. The time of the shoot depends on the type selected.
Processing
After Shooting I will ensure that each image is at its best, and unlike some photographers, I don’t batch edit, so each image is treated uniquely to maximize its impact.
Delivery
By the end of the following business day the photos will be uploaded to a gallery in a private webpage that holds all of your shoots and is accessible at any time.

The Details
While photographing a home I pride my self on being detail oriented. Small improvements such as moving a distracting object, or pressing out wrinkles can make a big difference in a potential buyers ability to focus on the important aspects of a room.
Picking the right time of day to shoot a room or angle can really impact the final shot, which is why for my premium shoots, I will work with the client to choose the right time of day to photograph a particular shot in order to maximize its impact.
In Real Estate and Architectural Photography, angles can really impact how a home shows. Using my experience and tools such as tilt shift lenses, I make sure to choose the angle that will best showcase a space.
